The Municipal Information Office to Consumers (OMIC) is a free service provided by the Department for Consumer Affairs of the Town Hall of Palma. The purpose of this office is to give consumers advice and information as well as controlling any products or services on offer. The office also manages any reclamations or complaints you may wish to submit in case of breach of current legislation.
