Voice Portal. The Town Council of Palma provides a new service: The voice portal.

The voice portal is a service that:

gives access to people with visual, mobile, learning or technological disability. enables easier and more intuitive navigation through the website. gives the chance of listening to the content in 4 languages: Catalan, Spanish, English and German (multilingual voice portal) provides an audio download for listening by using your audio device. All these features are available without any learning process, no downloads required and completely free of cost. Activate the loudspeaker icon (   )  of any content published on the website and you will be able to listen to all municipal information. Additionally, by enabling the option save file you will have the chance to download the information completely free of cost and listen to it by using your audio device. Thanks to this service, the Town Council of Palma has become a member of the club made up by many big European countries who are already offering this service to its citizens.
