Who may make the request: Any natural person

 

Requirements: 

  • Any person registered in Palma, people above the age of 65 years having difficulty of taking care of themselves or persons (no age limit) with a physical, psychic or sensory disability.
  • The above listed limitations will not hinder the interested party of making good use of the equipment required to request the aid services.
  • The party making the request will not exceed the minimum professional salary.
  • The person making the request must be in a high-risk situation.

 

Documentation submission date: The request may be handed in at any CMSS office (Municipal Centre for Social Services) in Palma.

 

Appeals: Administrative appeal and objection measures

 

Legal time frame for a resolution: 3 months
