How to submit the documents:

Address the documents to the OMIC and send them by e-mail (omic@a-palma.es), by fax, ordinary mail or sumbit the documents in person at the OMIC office

In accordance to the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on the Protection of Personal Data, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be added to an automated archive owned by the Town Council of Palma with the purpose of processing claims, complaints or queries filed by consumers. Your data may be transferred to the entity against which the consumer is filing a claim against or to another Organism in order to process your request. You specifically agree to the handling of your personal data for the above mentioned purpose.
We herewith inform you that you may exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection in accordance to the terms regulated by the currently valid legislation regarding data protection. For this purpose, please submit your request in written form to the following address: Municipal Consumer Information Bureau (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor), Pza. del Olivar, nr. 4, ground floor, 07002 Palma de Mallorca.
